The Kutztown University Foundation proudly serves the Kutztown University of Pennsylvania by fulfilling its mission to raise funds to assist in developing and enhancing quality educational opportunities at KU for its students, faculty, alumni, and the greater KU community.

WHAT IS A KUTZTOWN UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP?

A Kutztown University Foundation scholarship is funded by generous individuals who value a Kutztown University education and seek to help students achieve their academic goals. Many scholarship donors have a personal connection to KU and extend their generosity by assisting students with financial need.

WHY WAS I SELECTED AS A SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENT?

You were selected through the financial aid awarding process because you meet the criteria specific to your scholarship set by your fund's donor(s) (high school/hometown, major, involvement in clubs/organizations, student-athlete, etc.).

HOW CAN I THANK MY DONOR?

There are numerous ways to thank your donor. Scholarship recipients have the option to:

Handwrite a thank you note
Record a video
Type and email a letter
Create a profile

The Kutztown University Foundation office will relay any communications to your donor. All submissions will go through stewardship@kuf.org.

CAN I PUT THIS ON MY RESUME?

Of course! These scholarships are awarded to students based on academic achievements and specific qualifications based on your KU experience.
