Class Notes
You may submit communications to other registered users of this site by logging in, entering content, and submitting a class note. By submitting a class note, you are making your information available to all site visitors. All member information on the website is securely stored and not sold or transferred to third parties. The Foundation does not claim ownership of materials you provide, post, input, or submit to the site. However, by posting, inputting, providing, or submitting information, you are granting Kutztown University Foundation permission to use your submission in connection with the operation of its business, including, without limitation, the right to copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your submission, and to publish your name in connection with your submission.
No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your submission as provided herein. The Kutztown University Foundation is not obligated to post or use any submission you may provide and may remove any submission at any time at its sole discretion.
By posting, inputting, providing, or submitting information, you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your submission as described in this section, including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, input, or submit the material.
Communications Services
The site provides communication services, such as the Alumni Directory, Class Notes, social and professional networking, and other services (collectively, the "Communications Services") designed and intended for communication between alumni users.
The Foundation retains the right in its sole discretion to remove or reject any content, link, or photo from your profile or class note deemed obscene, racially biased, sexist, objectionable, or any item that promotes hate speech. The Foundation does not endorse any links that are posted on the site. Site members may not post copyrighted photos or other materials without permission from the owner. Site members understand that text or visual content is the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated. The Foundation is not responsible for such content’s accuracy, integrity, or quality. Kutztown University Foundation will not monitor the communication services and is not obligated to do so. However, it reserves the right to take action against any user who defames or harasses another user through any of the communication services.
