A Message from the Kutztown University Foundation:
In light of the rapidly changing environment related to COVID-19, the Kutztown University Foundation has made the difficult decision to cancel or postpone all of its in-person events through the end of April, including Dinner with Golden Bears, Gathering of Gratitude, and the Ladies Spring Tea.
While we regret missing opportunities to connect with our alumni and friends, we are committed to protecting the health and well-being of all members of our Golden Bear Family. Our team is available to answer any questions or concerns you might have. Please feel free to contact us directly.
For the latest information from Kutztown University, visit the University’s Health Update web page, and follow the Alumni Association on Facebook to keep up to date. More information on the coronavirus is available from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, including steps to prevent illness.
As a society, we’ve been tasked with socially distancing – but there are many ways to maintain your connection to KU:
- Like us on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Share your KU story on social media.
- Reach out to other alumni through LinkedIn and help to build our alumni in the alumni network.
- Save the date for Homecoming: October 24, 2020.
- Reach out to a current KU professor and let them know how their teaching impacted you.
- Nominate a professor for the Wiesenberger Excellence in Teaching award.
- Make a gift to the Kutztown University Annual Fund, which provides resources for the University’s most immediate needs.
Thank you for your flexibility and understanding as we navigate this ongoing situation.
Sincerely,
Alex Ogeka
